ABOUT DR. LOPEZ-YIANILOS

I am a New York and Florida licensed psychologist currently offering tele-therapy for clients located in New York or Florida. As a native South Floridian with a diverse background, I focus on creating a comfortable, respectful, and inviting space for each and every one of my clients. Within this framework of therapy, I warmly and collaboratively encourage clients to discover themselves and explore the relationships with others to work toward living a more satisfying way of life. Mental health is an imperative part of our wellbeing and I am hopeful about some of the change I see within our society that has started to break down the stigma towards seeking help. If any of this resonates with you, I look forward to meeting with you.

I received my doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed my internship at the Miami VA Medical Center. Following my doctoral education, I moved to NYC to complete my postdoctoral fellowship at Columbia Psychiatry and NYSPI.
